ELMWOOD/BRIMFIELD INVITE The Rebels went to Elmwood's Maple Lane golf course Saturday (Sept. 29) morning to run in the Elmwood/Brimfield Invite. With temperatures in the low 50's, 7 Rebel runners set new PB (Personal Best) and one set a new SB (Season Best). In the Girls race, the Rebels only had 4 girls running with several girls sitting out due to minor injuries. The four girls competing for the Rebels were Josie Price (20:54 - PB), Lena Becker (21:51 - PB), Trinity Shimmin (23:06) and Sarah Fairfield (23:56 - PB). The Rebel Boys finished 18th in the team standings out of 22 teams. Riley Down (17:41 - PB) led the way for the Boys setting a new Boys school record with his time. Dawson Dyken (18:01 - PB), Alex Welch (18:24), Colby Carroll (20:57 - PB) and Caden Daum (20:58 - PB) rounded out the scorers for the Boys. Also, running were Payton Stahl (21:04), Jack Winans (22:22) and Brett Browning (24:11 - SB). Congratulation to those runners setting new PB and SB!!!!!
